We bake bread and pizza using organic flours and grains in a wood-fired brick oven in a plant-filled bakery at the corner of Portage & Maryland, and recently opened a second bakery in The Village at Pineridge Hollow.

You can order delivery or pick-up through our website, fulfilled by DoorDash drivers (click here!)

Pizza Hours
We bake wood-fired pizza Friday and Saturday at Portage, 11:30AM-7:30PM. No pizza Monday through Thursday. Watch our Instagram or join our e-mail list for menu updates. We’re licensed, so you can get a malty beverage with your pizza.
We also bake Sicilian pizza at Pineridge on weekends around lunch time.
Parking at Portage Location
We have some bike parking by the bus stop in front of the bakery on Portage, as well as four car parking spots across Maryland betweeen the Rexall and Tim Horton’s.
